Jeff Sawyer State Farm is looking for an Account Associate who can balance strong sales performance with excellent client service and relationship management.
This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses—with full support and training provided by our agency.
Role Description
As an Account Associate, you’ll play a key role in driving the growth of our agency. You’ll build relationships, provide personalized insurance recommendations, and confidently engage in sales conversations that meet client needs while achieving business goals. This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, customer-focused, and ready to grow their career in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive New Business – Proactively market and sell insurance products to both warm and cold leads.
  • Consult with Clients – Conduct policy reviews, identify needs, and offer customized coverage solutions.
  • Strengthen Relationships – Build loyalty and trust through follow-up, retention efforts, and exceptional service.
  • Support Operations – Assist with policy updates, inquiries, and claims follow-up as needed.
  • Collaborate for Success – Work closely with agency team members to achieve sales goals and ensure smooth client experiences.
Qualifications
  • A sales-dominant mindset with proven success or strong desire to meet and exceed goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
  • Previous experience in insurance, account management, or sales preferred.
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).
