Financial Services Representative – Jeff Sawyer State Farm

As a Financial Services Representative at Jeff Sawyer State Farm, you’ll play a key role in guiding clients through their financial and insurance decisions. You’ll build lasting relationships, provide expert advice, and proactively recommend tailored insurance and financial solutions to meet their unique needs.
What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain trusted client relationships, providing expert financial and insurance guidance.
  • Consult with customers to create comprehensive financial plans, including insurance, retirement planning, and investment strategies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client coverage with Life & Health insurance products.
  • Stay informed on market trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to provide the best solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards while delivering exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance sales and financial services.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Proven ability to develop financial plans and recommend investment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Active Life & Health insurance license required.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Compensation $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
