As a Life & Health Insurance Specialist, you’ll leverage your knowledge of insurance products to help individuals and families choose the right coverage for their needs. With your consultative sales approach, you will not only offer valuable services to customers but also grow your income through continued sales success.
What You’ll Do
- Market and offer Life & Health insurance products to both new and existing customers.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend the most suitable insurance solutions.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions in a clear and approachable way to ensure customers understand their options.
- Assist customers with policy changes, claims, and provide ongoing support for their insurance needs.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring continued satisfaction and retention.
- Stay current on industry trends, new products, and state/federal regulations to offer the best advice and remain compliant.
- Meet sales targets and continue to build your book of business through referrals and networking.
What We’re Looking For
- State insurance license for Life & Health insurance (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in Life & Health insurance.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products in a simple and clear manner.
- Proficiency with insurance agency software and a comfortable approach to learning new systems.
